Čeprav se večina novodobnih, žanrsko težko uvrstljivih, ter s strani neodvisnih založb podprtih skupin izogiba poimenovanju "indie", se mi vseeno zdi, da je to najboljši opis glasbe, ki jo ustvarjajo fantje iz skupine Mando Diao. Če so bili njihovi začetki močno pod vplivom skupine The Beatles, ter pomešani z bluesom in punkom, pa njihova zadnja plošča vsebuje veliko disco elementov. To se vsekakor opazi v njihovem prvem singlu s te plošče (Give me Fire), Dance With Somebody.
